Top ten lists gained their fame on David Letterman's show, but have you ever thought about your top 10 list of where you have traveled? This column was inspired and partially written by my grandsons. Wyatt suggested I write a top 10 places to go this summer column. I thought the two grandsons should be contributors. The two of them each came up with top 10 lists and then I added mine. In the process, we determined we needed two lists. One where we want to go and the other where we have been. Clearly this will be different based on our ages, but nonetheless informative. Read more

Santa Fe, New Mexico–Weekend Destination

One of the weekend destinations my husband and I come back to year after year is Santa Fe, New Mexico. We have visited in the spring and fall and either season is great. The fall gives you the extra added benefit of foliage that can be spectacular in the neighboring areas if you want to take a drive, cooler days for hiking or shopping and crisp fall evenings. Read more
